• Over all project coordination and engineering from preplanning to implementation (equipment, electrification and automation)

Phase 1

• New kiln filter (bag), new GCT (gas conditioning tower), new CO, NOx and CH4 sampling and analysing system, new kiln feeding system, new kiln inlet sealing, changes and component improvements of the preheater, renovation and improvements (new static grate) of the kiln grate cooler, new clinker crusher (redundant from Estonia), new electrification, instrumentation and process control system

Phase 2

• New coal feed and multi purpose burner, IR- pyrometer, kiln dust return to the kiln process
